Inspired by the rosy and airy atmosphere of a morning dawn, this wedding was designed to resonate the twilight hues of peach, lavender and pink. Taken place at the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, the wedding of Justyn and Chia Khuan exuded warmth, coziness and love – just as how sunrises make us feel.
It is not hard to observe that the couple is truly made for each other – both easy-going, sweet and down-to-earth. The whole organizational process of the wedding, from brain storming of concepts, food tasting and to determining the finest of details in every step had been a breeze. With the support from both families, Justyn and Chia Khuan had been thoughtful and attentive while able to make the most of the process through lots of laughter, joy and glee.
To best reflect the couple’s warm personality, the decorator of the wedding – Wishing Tree had gathered a collection of different candle holders, placed around the dining tables’ centre pieces. Most notably are the countless hanging tiny glass lanterns with tea light candles around the flower arrangements. The flickering lights and reflections from the glass ornaments added a touch of dreaminess to the wonderful atmosphere.
Another popular corner of the wedding reception, is none other than the dessert counter. In this occasion, love is indeed sweet. Apart from the wedding cake, families, guests and children could indulge in a variety of sweet treats as the celebration carried on.
Justyn commented:
We want this to be a true celebration of our union where everyone is here to enjoy, have fun and laugh a lot, just like a big family gathering. Adults can forget about their worries and dance to their hearts’ content while children are welcome to help themselves to cakepops and cupcakes as they goof around. No stress, just happiness
Afterthoughts from the Precious Moments team:
Other than being fun, it was definitely a heart-warming process to work with Justyn and Chia Khuan. Although quality and attention to details were not something they would compromise with, they were nonetheless very understanding and appreciative throughout every step of the way. No matter the situation, they always had this genuine smile on their faces and stood by the philosophy of wanting the wedding to be a celebration of their love rather than just a display of grandeur and materials.
